We're looking everywhere for alternative fuels! Whats wrong with hydrogen??? We have plenty of it, its in water, that covers 2/3 OF THE GLOBE!!!! There are no emmisions either, so why aren't we switching to it?

Why do madden games suck so bad?

i mean come on, they've had like 20 installments, and while other sports games are nearly perfection, the only thing improving in madden is graphics, the 4th quarter field goals need 2 clicks to actually kick, which is ridiculous, and basically the onside kicks are virtually impossible unless you play 24 hours aday... this stuff costs waaay more than say NBA 2k9, and it is not as realistic as any other sports games... am i wrong?

Whenever I am at a dead-stop and push the gas to the floor, sometimes it will shake the entire car even the console. Migraines =/?

I suffer from chronic migraines and have yet to find something to relieve the pain. I have a problem with ingrown hairs on my and my LOL. No but seriously I didn't mean to laugh but?

Yes I have been to the doctors 10 doctors in fact and they all tell me the same thing.They are ingrown hairs. Some of the doctors said I can do something about them and a lot of them say I can't do anything about them. I have tried everything under the sun. From plucking them and that seemed to work some what. I plucked out a lot of the hairs and sure enough they healed and the follicle closed up all the puss bumps redness went away after pulling the hairs out. I was really was scared when I first noticed them. I thought I had an std or something but I didn't thank goodness.Well I removed as much of the ingrown pubic hairs out with a pair of tweezers. Not to get to graphic but some of the hairs were all coiled up in my they were so long. I pulled on them and this long hair came out about an inch long apparently it had been growing for a while. Anyways to get to my question. I still have a long of ingrown hairs and they are in clusters and have two to 3 hairs growing in one follicle. All ingrown. Any please if you have any ideas on how to get rid of them in a different way then I told you please help. I want my back looking healthy. Not with ingrown hairs all over it. They look like zits they are under neath the surface of my skin and they are too deep to pop them. Thank you!!

On this photo, your camera exposed you and over exposed the background. You could try whats called "high key". Its a technique used with lights really but is the same principle as this. I shoot high key 2 f stops higher on background then subject. Some times less sometimes more, but 2 stops is good. I like f 11 for background and will shoot at 9 on subject with white paper back.

Whats the point of living?

I dont know if im frustrated at life, but school really doesnt seem to make sense to me, after all we are jsut going to school 5 days a week 8 hours a day and coming home to do 2 hours of homework. Thats about 50 hours of school a week, for 9 out of the 12 months. And we end up doing all this just so we can go and bust our *** off at a job where we can work 5 days a week for the rest of our lives. Adjusting stance on burton snowboard?

I have a directional twin and I want to adjust the stance width to be narrower. I use the board for all around riding, mainly carving though and Im looking to progress to possibly jumps.Which bindings should I move front or back? Someone told me to put the bindings at the farthest settings and then move them equally in towards each other. I did that and the problem im having is after I move each of them in one notch they are still a little wide and i need to move one of the bindings towards the other one more notch. keep in mind this is a burton so it has the triangular pattern holes so I can only move one in one more notch. If I moved both again it would be 19'' stance instead of 20'' and Im 5'8'' and I think that would be a little narrow. So which one should I move

Anyone except Carolina is a good bet but the South has never had a repeat champion so I'm strongly leaning towards the Bucs. I understand that isn't the popular pick but it's logical. Sleeping disorder or just not getting quality sleep?

I am 42 I take several perscription medications one is for hormones 2 are for sleep and 1 for depression. I think if I was not so tired all the time I would not be depressed. I had a hysterectomy years ago but I have never felt like I have been able to get a good nights sleep. I can remember feeling so tired in the afternoon it was hard to make it home from work. Now I just seem to take a nap, is this good or bad? I fall right to sleep, I don't drink a lot of caffine, I don't eat and go to bed, I don't exercise before bed. It feels like I am thinking in my sleep so I never get to the restful sleep. I wake up many times during the night about every 3 hours or so I am not awake long but still I wake up when I first awake I am thinking about something, anything . I have gotten a cd with soft sounds to sleep to, I have started to exercise some in the morning. I eat a pretty healthy diet and I am not over weight. I am just tired......Please can someone offer something

Antiquing help pls! How do I get the stain to stay in the grooves?

I am trying to antiquing some cabinets. I painted them white with a semi gloss finnish. Now I am using stain to antique over the paint but every time I practice the stain moves out of the grooves I am not sure what I am doing wrong, but it looks horrible when it starts to dry and the whole point is to have the stain puddle in the recesses. Flying to Canada, what to expect with customs and etc.?

Flying from Grand Rapids, Mich. to Minneapolis, layover 30 mins. or so, then flying to Seattle, then layover for about an hour, then flying to Kelowna, BC. Why is our government allowing so many elderly Russian and Chinese to enter this country & live off Medicaid?

Common sense tells you that they have never worked or paid taxes in this country, yet American born taxpayers have to wait years to get into a building like mine. They won't even try to imilate or learn English. They don't patronize American stores or shops, as they have private buses to take them to their ethnic shops. Many of them are thieves; the lamps in our lobby had to be glued to the tables to prevent theft. A TV set was stolen off the wall. Door decorations disappear. Their visitors have been seen sleeping in the lobby, and some Chinese cook for restaurants with HUD paying their electric bills. They know how to milk the system, with the government's blessing. Management just ignores these things and kisses up to them, as though they were ets! When $20.00 vouchers are given out for produce, you get in line behind 20 Chinese. They are obviously given a call ahead of time. Why?

But I wonder why English cl is so unaccommodating. Right now, we MUST read A Kite Runner, for example. I will likely not understand it, as usual. However, we must also read a cultural novel. Any other type of book is not allowed. My favorite memoir, Inside the Kingdom, is ALL about culture! But I can't use it because it is not fake!? I'm having a problem with my 5 year old little girl, Hope. She started Kindergarten this year and by month #2?

I thought it would be best to put her back into Pre-K again because she had not yet learned her letters and most of the numbers needed to be successful. She will be 6 in June and I still do not think she will be ready for Kindergarten. Over the past few months she has learned all but 4 letters and most of her numbers but still struggles and sometimes is confused about the letters she already has learned. I can tell her what a letter is a 100 times and the next day she still doesn't know what it is... She is very smart with other things.. like story comprehension, colors, shapes, math, organization, she has excellent behavior at school and she is a very sweet loving little girl. She can do everything that most kindergartners can do such as tie her shoes, recite her phone number and address.. rhyme... understands opposites... My mother too has diabetes, my best advice is to spend as much time as you can with her. I've learned just calling her everyday helps her and me. My mother married young had three children by the time she was 25. Then divorced my father because he cheated on her all the time. So us kids because her life. So I would spend as much time with her as you can, just call and tell her you love her, leave on your machine. Or just send a card saying something nice. Take her out to lunch. Just enjoy the time you have with her.

I have been thinking about getting a pet for a while, for my daughter mainly, but for me too - I did a lot of research and wanted a pet that didnt need constant attention and responsibility (ie a dog) I decided on a hamster, picked a lovely one out of the shop, brought a lovely cage, lots of wooden accsesories etc... On the way home it bit through the box and had to wrap it in an old carigan I had in the car, all its done is knaw on the wire bars... I saw it yawn and didnt realise hoe MIVE there teeth were... What do I do if I'm being beaten up in school?

There is this girl in my gym cl who, along with a few other girls, I jokingly talk BS to. It's a friendly sort of thing and we do it back and forth. This girl, I'll call her Kay, on Monday started talking about whether or not I would hit her if she hit me. I answered yes and she said we would fight on Tuesday. Well, Tuesday I got sick and completely forgot about the encounter. When I came back on Wednesday she asked me why I chickened out. I was confused but regardless she began hitting me a couple times. I didn't react for I found no reason to do so. When I didn't react and walked away she tried to drag me to the ground, and failed because admittedly I'm not the skinniest girl in school. She tripped me and I got up and walked away and that was done. She seemed like it was just one of those BSing times by shaking my hand and apologizing. I was doubtful and lo and behold I come to school on Thursday and she beats on me in the locker room telling me if I don't hit back she'll keep doing it. I still don't retaliate and she stops to get dressed. I leave. Then when we go back to change again she starts it up again. I ask what happens if I hit her back and she says she'll hit me. I don't want to get suspended for the inevitable fight so I don't fight back. I feel it's to trivial to talk to the teachers about and they really don't do anything anyways, plus it's my own fault. I know this can be taken care of in a kind way without outside interference but I'm not sure how to go about it besides not fighting back but I fear by doing that I'll get seriously hurt because her attacks have become just slightly more harmful. What should I do?

This is the 8th Day I've taken the yasmin birth control pill?

My doctor told me when she prescribed me this birth control that it is NOT true that it takes a month or two weeks or anything for a birth control pill to become effective. She says with more research they have found now that it starts to work within the first couple of days...I had with my boyfriend today, the 8th day of the pill, which i have been taking on time regularily everyday, and it was unprotected. We just had a baby two months ago, is it possible even though I was told that the pill works right away by my doctor that I could become pregnant? I am also still nursing my 2 month old. They are much more reliable, as the age equivalencies are approximations, and the percentile and scale scores are standardized representations. Did any of the BASC scores indicate clinical significance? If they did, I would recommend that these be addressed as goals with the social worker as a related service. I would guess that some one-on-one reinforcement would benefit your son most of all. Does your son receive speech services? If he does not, I would suggest such, as our speech pathologist has worked wonders with a child with almost exactly the same issues your son is dealing with. I would suggest the resource model first for reading and language. I also would suggest that you wait until the beginning of next year to allow the special education staff who will be working with your son at least two weeks to work with him to formulate goals, because I'll bet what time you have left isn't going to cut it to make goals appropriate for his needs. Good luck with everything!

In this movie, did Christian Bale's (Alfred Borden) character had super powers or something? Because, I always thought Hugh Jackman's (Robert Angier) character was too obsessed over his abilities and because of that, I thought "Mmm, he must have some good *** secretive powers to make Angier so obsessed with his work.." But, in the movie, I never really see anything showing Borden has powers. It confused me, but it was a REALLY good movie.
