I have a problem with ingrown hairs on my and my LOL. No but seriously I didn't mean to laugh but?

Yes I have been to the doctors 10 doctors in fact and they all tell me the same thing.They are ingrown hairs. Some of the doctors said I can do something about them and a lot of them say I can't do anything about them. I have tried everything under the sun. From plucking them and that seemed to work some what. I plucked out a lot of the hairs and sure enough they healed and the follicle closed up all the puss bumps redness went away after pulling the hairs out. I was really was scared when I first noticed them. I thought I had an std or something but I didn't thank goodness.Well I removed as much of the ingrown pubic hairs out with a pair of tweezers. Not to get to graphic but some of the hairs were all coiled up in my they were so long. I pulled on them and this long hair came out about an inch long apparently it had been growing for a while. Anyways to get to my question. I still have a long of ingrown hairs and they are in clusters and have two to 3 hairs growing in one follicle. All ingrown. Any please if you have any ideas on how to get rid of them in a different way then I told you please help. I want my back looking healthy. Not with ingrown hairs all over it. They look like zits they are under neath the surface of my skin and they are too deep to pop them. Thank you!!
