What is the biggest college without a official football team?

i Go to George Mason university, and i just learned that the Redskins offered to build us a staduim as long as they can use it as a practice field over the summer. All Mason had to do is widen a road. Mason didnt go for it. i was also told that this is the biggest school without a football team. is this true?
