Should I make my avatar more happy?

My full avatar is a sad caveman in a nightclubt. That's how I wanted to represent myself. That doesn't translate to Y!A though. I'm just a sad face. I could become more appealing if i just made my avatar more happy, but at the same time i feel like i have an obligation to point out that the world doesn't become a better place by pretending everyone is happy and optomistic all the time, everywhere.
