Plz help!! :( feel like crap!!?

hey... so my periods are irregular but for awhile they were comin on time then they disappearred for 3months nearly and im waitin on them now again at the moment.. anyways in the mean time in between my periods ive been gettin really heavy discharge i keep feelin like my period is comin but it doesnt come and i run the bathroom im soaked (sry 4 d info) n its jus loads of white discharge... but it never used to be that bad and i dont have any STDs either i got checked twice!!... only thing i can tink of is me and my boyf hav nearly everyday cud that be to do with it???.... anyone else the same?? or will it calm down?? my appetites been bad cud it be bad?? it wrecks my head sooo much! :(
