A word meaning "breakdown of a person" or "bio"?

I'm trying to name the PDA-like devices in my game design project for my portfolio, but I'm a little stuck. They contain a person's bio, skills list, likes, dislikes, inventory detail, journal, abilities, equipment, statistics, etc. Sort of a handheld device about the size of an iPhone, and when activated, a hologram screen appears for typing, sort of like a laptop.
