Any tips for new Lecturers?

Just been offered a job as part time Lecturer. I have spoken informally in front of an audience before and always found I get nervous, I try to make the talk funny to keep people interested. Any tips for a first timer?? I am expected to talk for about 2 hrs, how am I going to fill two hours.??? Thanks.
