Tripod??????? help......?

I plan to buy this "manto 190xdb tripod with manto 804RC2" after some research, I would like to know has anybody has them? Is this a good combination? can it sustain canon 60D with 15-85mm? or even sigma 8-16mm? Does this last longer? and will it be convenient to carry around?
