Confused!!!!!!!!?

Hi, I have been having breakthrough bleeding for at least a year now on and off and it is driving me insane. I have recently been tested for all std's and they have come back negative even though I had nearly all the symptoms of chlamydia-breakthrough bleeding, funny discharge, pain after etc. if its not an std does anybody know what it might be?? I'm a bit worried. thanks
