HAIR HELP!!! PLEASE ANSWER!!!?

my hair is very thick and wavy. however, when it dries it gets kinda frizzy and i have some straight sections and flyaways. i've tried a lot of stuff, but i really need something that works and keeps my hair soft, smooth, frizz free, and without straight sections. does anyone know something that works???!!! or a regimen that prevents this??? PLEASE I REALLY NEED HELP!!!!
