Nice late dinner for me and my man. Any suggestions?

I am looking to make a nice meal for me and my man. It may be done tonight, and if so, it won't be served until probably around 9ish, as I don't get off work until 8. If it is done tonight, I was looking at mainly finger foods, and appetizers, but am also looking for suggestions for a main dish. I am looking for things that are impressive, and y, but also relatively easy and relatively inexpensive. Suggestions for an actual dinner with appetizers, main course, and sides are also appreciated as I will definetely use them in the near future! Thank you all in advance!
