What are the best running shoes for track and field?

My niece is in sixth grade and is soon going to start track and field. It's a bit chilly outside, but she still needs good shoes. Ok first of all, she is a FAST runner. I'm not kidding. Anyone who she's her run will be shocked. (It's all or mostly in the genes.) So, she's gonna be doing relays, hurdles, and mile running a lot. So, she needs shoes that supports all that. Second, she is a high arch. We were gonna get reebok runtones but realized they are heavy and just helps toning. So, that is crossed off the list. We saw galaxy elite running shoes from adidas and they seemed pretty light and supportive. We just want a few suggestions for running shoes. THANKS!
