I need some relationship advice?

its not really about us because we are ok but its about his mom. tonight she tells me that we shouldnt do things together that much anymore...isnt that was people in a relationship do? Im not saying everynight because i work evenings but when im off i think we should be together. I think she just doest want him having a relationship with me anymore. Then theres the fact that he tells her everything that i think is our buisness and not hers. Is this just a case of mommy not wanting her little baby to find a girl?
